Great Sequels

OK, now that my net has been put right, I realised how long its been. Have lots to write about, right now will write about sequels that were as good or better than the first (happens also too rarely).
Percy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters: Not better than the first perhaps, but definitely as good. As funny, informative and exciting as ever. Also about Percy Jackson and what he does after his first year at Camp Half Blood. Interesting new character for the third book.
Maximum Ride...School's Out Forever: Second book in that series, which might be better than the first actually. Still about Max and how she is going to save the world. Good book, no new characters, but the old ones still have lots to be discovered.
Evil Star: The second book in the Raven's Gate trilogy, good too though I've just realised that it's horror and I don't particularly like horror, so I might have psyched myself a little.
